FOOD – INDONESIAN ICECREAM

I was hanging out with our friend Cas and we were driving downtown Jakarta. He introduced me to traditional Indonesian icecream called ‘Es Podeng’. Ingredients: sago pearls, bread, avocado and coconut milk. You can add jackfruit, chocolate sprinkles and roasted peanuts to it. One word: splendid.

Es Podeng is famous in Indonesia and you can find it on the streets, foodcourts or in restaurants. Try it.
